Pictures of Elder Lott's new apartment

(he says it was already that messy)

laundry room

I think it is sweet there is a picture of Christ above the shower.
(Notice Alex has the two fans.  He always liked to sleep with one at home.  I guess his companion doesn't use one.)

This week went really good.  It was a really busy week.  Me and my companion got 7 new investigators.  So it was a pretty busy week and really tiring.   This morning for p day we played football.  It was really fun.  It has been awhile since I have played like that.  Now I am pretty sore though.  But it was definitely worth it.  I was rockin that Utah State jersey.  Tomorrow we have zone conference!  And it just so happens that it falls on my birthday.  So happy birthday me I guess.  Me and my companion are getting along pretty well.  I have already learned a lot of stuff from him.  He goes home in june so he has been out for awhile.  I am his 3rd american companion so far.  I hope you all had fun at disneyland.  I can't remember if you went since last monday.  I love you all

The Book is Blue...and the Church is True

Hey dad thanks for singing happy birthday to me. (via an email) Ya one more year and I will be out of the teens.  That will be my last birthday in the mission too.  That is a bummer that this winter is really hot.  That probably means that the skiing conditions are bad.  Hopefully you will be able to go, but there is always next winter.  Hopefully there will be enough water for all of you guys to make it through the summer.  The work here in my new area is going really good.  It is still really hard and really tiring.  I am trying to get the area down because my companion will most likely be transferring at the end of this cycle.  Ya I did move quite a ways.  The area that I was in was the furthest north area in our mission.  I hate the transportation here.  Dang vans.  Well I hope your work is going good.  It is almost time that yard work will be starting again for you guys.  I will get to miss out on that.  Well I love you dad thank you for all of the support that you give to me

I used this quote in my lesson last month.  I felt like I should share this sweet message.

How many things did you get checked off your “to- do” list today? Sometimes, the most important things you do each day were never even on your list. As we help a neighbor or family member, we often overlook the results. You might worry about the things you never get done, but President Gordon B. Hinckley reminds us, “You never know how much good you do.”

Don't doubt yourself and all you do.  You do make a difference.  You are important.  You are special.
