The injuries continue

Well,  last night Jaime fell off our swing in the back yard.  She came into the house covered in wood chips and hysterical.  Long story short, I took her to Instacare and it was confirmed she has a broken collar bone.  It had snapped right in half.  She has to wear a sort of sling thing to move the bone back into place.  We have weekly doctors visits for the next month to make sure it heals properly.  She is doing very well.  I kept her home from school today and she will most likely miss tomorrow.  She enjoys being pampered, watching TV and eating treats.

Guess we are keeping all the doctors in Davis and Weber County driving their sports cars.  We apparently have super bad luck so we understand if no one wants to every hang out or come to our house again.  We have also been advised to keep Adam and Ethan in bubble wrap so nothing happens to them.  With my luck Ethan would have an allergic reaction to the bubble wrap.  I have also decided it is a good thing all the accidents are unrelated or I would be under investigation.  I am hoping my injury could be when I threw my back out about a month ago.  Luckily I healed very quickly.  Maybe I am out of the woods.

The not so happy girl after putting on the sling.  It really hurt.

Once the meds kicked in with her "twin".

I REALLY REALLY hope all of you are out of the woods for a while....you guys have definitely had enough happen in the past few months to last you a life time....but even through it all, you are there enduring with the most amazing uplifting attitude! I think it is SO wonderful that you are continuing to make fun family memories while still having Ryan there with you in your hearts. Catherine, you are such an example to me....I only hope to be a fraction like you some day! I LOVE YOU!!!
